Who processes your data

The controller of the data you leave on this site is BookIT. For any question, write to us at contact@bookitapp.org.

For the data of clients who book appointments through the BookIT app, the controller is the salon, practice or studio they book with, and BookIT processes it only on their behalf. That data is covered by the privacy policy in the app itself.

What we collect

Only what you enter in the demo form:

• your full name;
• your company name, industry and the plan you are interested in;
• your email and/or phone number;
• your message, if you write one.

Why we use it

Only to answer your request, arrange the demo and send you an offer. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 12(1)(2) of the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection).

We do not send you advertising and we do not sell your data.

Who receives the data

Your request reaches us by email. For that we rely on the following providers, who process data only on our instructions:

• Vercel Inc. – site hosting;
• Resend Inc. – delivering form requests to our inbox.

Both are based in the United States. Data is transferred under appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are in touch, and at most 12 months after the last contact, unless you become a BookIT customer. In that case we keep it for as long as we work together.

Cookies

This site uses no cookies and no visitor tracking.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict its processing or to receive it in a portable form, and you may object to its processing. Just write to contact@bookitapp.org.

If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (www.poverenik.rs).
